    I am a frequent visitor to East Orleans and have family in the area. I searched for many years for the right home for me not only to rent, but eventually spend retirement. This is the perfect single level vacation home to enjoy with my daughters!

    What is special about this property?
    This property is newly renovated and has everything for a comfortable stay including central air on those muggy hot summer days. Everyone loves the comfortable interior and the huge backyard. The kitchen has every amenity including ninja juicer, toaster, coffee grinder/french press, wine/martini/champagne glasses. The garage has beach chairs, small coolers, bike, kayaks, games, etc.

    What is special about your town?
    One of the best things about spending time in this neighborhood in East Orleans is the ability to walk and bike the area and have frequent water views. The proximity to wonderful restaurants in East Orleans that don't require driving through lots of traffic to get there. The Barley Neck Inn (i.e. BNI) has wonderful pizzas and food. The Rail restaurant is known for wonderful breakfasts. Nauset Farms has some great grab and go breakfast and sandwiches. The Monday night free concerts at Nauset Beach is another fun way to stay local and enjoy your stay.
