This adorable cottage is just what you are looking for! Located at Ships Way, Sagamore Beach, it is just steps away from the Cape Cod Canal. From the beautifully landscaped yard to the water view of the canal, you can sit back & relax in your renovated cottage. If it is swimming you like - enjoy the in-ground pool or take a short drive to Scusset Beach. 

The bright, white kitchen lets the sunlight through as it shines on the blue countertops that remind you the Cape Cod Canal is only a few steps away!  You'll have the extras you need to create meals at home like a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and toaster - but there is not a dishwasher.  Stackable washer and dryer for your convenience is right outside the full bathroom with a stall shower.

The living area has a large screen TV for movie nights and sliding glass doors to the sunroom where you'll want to spend the day reading a trashy novel or having your morning coffee. Watch the sunset over the Sagamore Bridge - amazing views!  There is also a sofa bed for an additional sleeping area.

The queen bedroom is whimsical with lots of color and a vintage door that is the focal point of the room.

The association pool is the perfect place to cool off after a day at the local beaches. The Cape Cod Canal is a great spot to cast a fishing pole or grab your bike to ride along the Canal Bike Path. Don't forget the gas grill to create a barbecue meal for two that can be eaten at the patio table with four chairs - invite your friends to dine with you!

No Pets are allowed inside or outside the home.
Max parking of cars at property: 2. No parking on Lawn anytime.  

Additional Information to Assist You:
Departure cleaning is included with your reservation at no additional charge. Simply follow our basic check out instructions carefully and there will be no extra charges. State and local taxes are charged if applicable.  
For Reservations made over 60 days away-you can make 2 payments-50% deposit with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival.  We accept Mastercard and Visa for Payments.
A confirmed reservation is non refundable--please consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. Ask our guest specialist for more details regarding cancel options and trip insurance. NEVR complies with the directives listed on the Mass.gov website. Please be aware that information may be updated and the details of your reservation may also be required to change, potentially without much notice. If the MA Governor issues a MA Rental Ban for MA Vacation Rental Homes, we will allow you to move your reservation to a future date, or provide a refund. Please note, any other reasons to cancel would follow our normal cancellation policy.
Our NEVR Homes come with mattress covers, pillows and a bed cover such as blanket, quilt, bedspread etc. Linens - bed sheets, bath/dish/beach towels and bath mats can be rented at time of booking or at a later date through our linen/concierge services if not included with your rental home. Please ask our guest specialist for details.  
You must be 25+ years old unless accompanied by a parent or guardian to book one of our Vacation Rental Homes. An ID must be furnished upon request.
