    My husband John and I and our 4 children love the Cape. My son and his wife were engaged on Sagamore Beach. We bought this house in 2019 and lovingly restored it to a gorgeous, cozy cottage.

    What is special about this property?
    Location, location, location! Steps away from the sugar sands of private Sagamore Beach. You don't have to cross the Sagamore Bridge. This property is comfortable and cozy. Three bedrooms one bath and lovely living space, all linens included. Gorgeous deck to relax on and beautiful backyard. If you love an outdoor shower, there is a beautiful newly constructed one there for your enjoyment. Central air conditioning with forced hot air heating. French cellar doors in the basement with a washer and dryer. Enjoy the canal path right down the street. The perfect beach house to relax and create memories with your family and friends.
