This is the perfect retreat for a family reunion, multi-family vacation, or a get-together with friends. There is a large main house and a small separate cottage.

The house has 4 bedrooms (5 including the TV room, which has a full pull-out futon), 3 full baths, + an outdoor shower. A large deck spans the front of the house, and the two front bedrooms have sliding doors to the deck. The center of the house is a huge living and dining area, which opens to the kitchen. This is where we eat, play games, read, and dance after dinner. In 2025 we added a custom-built screened-in porch off of the front deck, ideal for outdoor meals and gatherings. The screened-in porch has a ceiling fan, lighting, and electrical outlets.

The cottage is about 100 yards from the main house. There is a spacious living/dining area, opening into a kitchen, and a full bathroom. There is one lofted bedroom, which overlooks the living area. In the loft, there is a queen bed with sliding doors to a private deck. The photos AFTER the photo of the floor plan are of the cottage.<br /> <br /> Both dwellings offer ample privacy, sunlight, and fresh air, plus all the amenities you want for a vacation...no clutter, no fuss. There is ample parking, 4-5 actual spaces + driveway parking.<br /> <br /> The property is located on the bay side, on a quiet side street around the corner from Snow's Field, with soccer nets and a baseball diamond. Our front yard has ample play space on a natural mossy landscape with pine trees and rhododendron. There is an open space in the middle for games. Many of the homeowners adjacent to our property live in their homes year-round. We expect our renters to be peaceful and respectful of both our neighbors and our home.<br /> <br /> We are one mile to Corn Hill Beach (bay side), and around 3 miles to Ballston and Longnook (ocean side). You do not need to get on Route 6 to get to Ballston Beach, a bonus given summer traffic! Truro General Store, the post office, and the Town Landing on the Pamet River are one mile away, a pleasant walk or quick drive. You can launch kayaks and paddleboards from there, and explore the weekly farmer's market and yoga classes.<br /> <br /> There are games: horseshoes, badminton, and a croquet set on the property, available to use. There are numerous board games in the house: Apples to Apples, RummiKub, Monopoly, Sorry, etc. You can access your streaming services on the TV.<br /> <br /> Rental includes blankets, quilts, beach towels, and kitchen towels. You can bring your own bed linens and bath towels or rent them locally.
