The first-floor main level has a kitchen, a full bathroom with tub/shower combo, a dining area, the main living room area with a smart TV and a sitting room that faces the ocean. The main level also has a primary bedroom with a king-size bed with a smart TV as well as a secondary bedroom with two twin beds.

The upper floor has a half bath with a shower, a primary bedroom with a queen-size bed, a second bedroom with two twin beds and a third bedroom with two twin XL beds for those who are a bit on the taller side. The lower level of the home consists of an additional full kitchen, a living area with a smart TV, a pool table and a very large modular sectional sofa that can be reconfigured for additional sleeping if needed. There is a half bath with a shower on the lower level, another primary bedroom with a queen-size bed and an additional bedroom with two twin beds.

Our private Association Beach is steps away for relaxation or a day of fun water activities. There are 2 kayaks and 2 paddleboards for your use and enjoyment as well as many beach toys for the little ones to stay busy while they play in the sand or search for hermit crabs along the shore.
