The Airplane House is located at the tip of Juniper Point, fully surrounded by the sea, with a commanding view of Martha"s Vineyard and the Elizabeth Islands. The house is ideally suited for family holidays or for inspiring retreats for your company. It is situated on two very private acres overlooking Vineyard Sound. Access is by private road only.

The house sleeps 12 in seven comfortable bedrooms, all with water views. There are 2 half and 4 full baths. The cottage (which is rented separately) sleeps 4 in two bedrooms (also with water views) with one full bath.

The cruciform shaped plan – which gives the house its name - has at its core a large Roman brick fireplace mass which faces south into a 52-foot diameter semicircular living conservatory. Two dining rooms are to the sides of the living room. There are sunrise and sunset porches off of the dining rooms.

The dining rooms, with three stunning picture window views of the sea, seat up to 18 resp. 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gourmet French stove. Dining service is included for 24. <br /> <br /> Broadband Wireless Internet installed. There is no television.<br /> <br /> Parking easily for 8, other parking available. <br /> <br /> Nearby recreation includes bike paths, beaches, aquarium, golf, tennis and sailing.
