I manage this property for my parents who bought the land on Chappy and built this house in the early 80's. The house is very well cared for and vacation rentals are a minimum with family visits interspersed between rentals so we can personally check on the home.

What is special about this property?
It truly is a home away from home! Access to the home is easy compared to many houses on Chappy, yet you will feel like you are surrounded by peace and quiet with only minimal noise from passers by.
