We have stayed at this home the past two summers. It is an amazing spot and the hosts go out of their way to make sure your stay is the best experience. The thoughtfulness of the house layout is seen at every corner. It is such a peaceful and secluded spot. It is a wonderful experience every year!

What a lovely home on a beautiful, unspoiled island! The living quarters are comfortable, the kitchen well-appointed and the pool provided fun and relaxation. The immaculate property is private and peaceful, yet the island's location allows access to the bustle of Edgartown village's restaurants and shops. The owners are an absolute pleasure, ensuring our holiday was enjoyable.

We love this place!!! This is such a pretty property. The pool is gorgeous, the home is very clean, and the layout is perfect for a family that enjoys being together but not on top of one another. The local beach near Moi Toi gardens does allow dogs for a good 1/2 mile on leash. We absolutely love this and it will be our new home away from home.

We stayed here with 2 families, it was a great size for 4 kids and 4 adults with 2 dogs.

A huge thank you to our amazing host Michael! We were stranded on the island during a hurricane (very rare) and could not find any hotels to wait out the storm when our ferry was cancelled. Michael graciously allowed up to stay in the bungalow because he is a wonderful human being. We are so grateful, thank you again!!!

The natural beauty of the island, combined with outstanding aesthetic pleasure and comfort of the house is what brings us back to this property on Chappaquiddick Island. Michael is a great host who delights his guests with an architectural design meant to increase energy flow and to create a sense of inner peace and calmness, while providing the amenities for healthy exercise in the indoor/outdoor lap pool. Spending time here in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic was real therapy for body and mind. We have stayed in this property for the past 7 years. It is truly amazing. Serene, quite and invigorating. The owner is a gentleman and a scholar. He designed and built the house with artistic excellence. Everything about our summer week at the Vineyard is wonderful and this home makes it possible. We started coming to Martha's Vineyard in 2012 when a family member won an auction for a stay in Edgartown. My husband and I fell in love with the island and it quickly became a yearly getaway. However, it wasn't until a few years later that we made our first trip over on the Chappy Ferry and our love for the area grew even more. The following summer we found this amazing property on Chappaquiddick, which has served as our "home away from home" for the past 5 summers - 2019 will be our 6th, and our first with our new baby! The property is absolutely beautiful and a complete oasis for us, which is why we keep coming back year after year. We both always comment that we can feel all of the stress melt away as we pull into the driveway.

The owner is a pleasure to work with and always goes above and beyond to make our stay seamless and comfortable. It's also large enough that we can always invite friends and family for part of our stay so we can share our love of the property and the island with them, too. There's a magic about the house and the property that we haven't quite found anywhere else we've stayed on the island previously and that really makes our stay here an essential part of our summers now! show more show less
