Our family home offers everything you'll need to enjoy a relaxing time on Martha's Vineyard including 4 bedrooms (sleeps 8), 2 full bathrooms and an outdoor shower. The great room, located on the second floor, features an open layout, high ceilings, large windows, and is perfect for gathering with friends and family. Sliders on two walls open onto a wrap-around deck where you'll find patio furniture and a gas grill.

3 Bedrooms + 1 Full Bathroom on 1st floor; Living Space + Primary Bedroom & 1 Full Bathroom on 2nd floor. We encourage everyone to use the private outdoor shower during summer months!

The entire home is cooled with AC - a luxury on MV! - and is also equipped with a full-sized washer & dryer, beach gear, beach chairs, beach towels, all linens & towels, and high-speed internet.

Located minutes from fabulous East Beach, Wasque, Mytoi Gardens, and the many walking trails of Chappaquiddick.

Suitability: 7 night minimum in Jun through Sept; 3 night minimum otherwise. Children welcome; no smoking; pets welcome with fee; wheelchair inaccessible; and means of transportation (a vehicle or at least a bike) is a must, unless you don't mind a 30 minute walk to ferry/town. read more show less

    Perfect Property/Great price

    New Owners -So, pretty much everything in the house is new! Comfy beds, great linens and towels. Fully equipped kitchen -including a crock pot. The house was super clean too. 2.4 mile drive to Chappy Ferry -then 3 minute ride to Edgartown. Great hiking trails on Chappy, and of course beautiful beaches -even in March. I'll be back for sure.

    My husband and I both have backgrounds in hospitality and own another rental property in New York. Martha's Vineyard has always been a special place for us. It's where we got engaged, where we got married, and now have been bringing our daughter to create new memories with her.
