Our 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home is perfect for the vacationing family or group. It is spacious and fully equipped. We have owned the home since it was built in the late 1990's. It has full amenities including a dishwasher, washer/dryer, cable TV, Internet, a BBQ grill, an outdoor shower, 3 outdoor seating areas, an association pool (heated!), 2 tennis courts, and a club house. One bedroom has a king bed, one a queen, and one 2 twins.

It is 1.5 miles to town and 1.2 miles to Surfside and Nobadeer Beaches. We have many repeat guests. Our all-inclusive rates are a great value.

    Excellent Naushop stay

    We rented Bob's house for 10 days and it was an excellent stay. The 3 br 2.5 home was well situated on a private street in the Naushop neighborhood. The sunroom with the stereo was a fun place to sit and relax w a nice stereo system. The eat in kitchen w island was a place we used often. House came with everything you could ask for, including beach chairs, umbrellas, sheets, and towels. We really liked the location, nearby to a few stores, restaurants, a coffee shop, a children's playground, the bike path, a quick ride to beaches and centrally located on the island. show more show less
