 In the past several years, the average number of views a property with an Alert received was 40% greater than the number of views in the two weeks prior to the start of the Alert and generated 58% more email inquiries.
The text of the Owner Special appears in bright pink on your listing, and it is particularly effective when used in conjunction with the Last-Minute Availability Alert. The 2013 Vacation Planner Guidebooks are ready!
The more a vacationer knows about the many things to see and do in your area, the more likely they are to want to book your home!
Don't forget to print and leave a copy of the Vacation Planner Guidebook for your tenants. Just go to your Homeowner Center page, click on the Guide for your region, and print it. The Guide contains ideas for dining, shopping, local activities, articles on biking, kayaking, golfing, and more.
Encasing the pages in plastic covers and enclosing them in a binder will preserve them for the entire season.

Spring is the ideal time to take new pictures of your home, its surroundings, and the beach. Be sure to bring your camera (or iPhone!) along when you are preparing your house for the season. By now you know about the recent redesign of our property listings allowing vacationers to click on pictures in a slideshow format to view them in nearly full-screen size. Many of you have not yet provided us with larger versions of your current pictures. Take a look at your new photo slideshow, and see if your pictures "pop up" to a larger size when you click on them. If not, upload larger replacement pictures at soon as you can!
