Home features a double living room, formal dining room, spacious kitchen, and guest bath on the main level. Upstairs there are four bedrooms and a full bath, one bedroom is double sized. Bonus of day bed in back of living room. There is also access from the main level to the basement, which opens up right at the beach for easy storage of beach chairs. Private colony with dock for loading and unloading boats. Enjoy the private outdoor shower when coming in from a day at the beach.

"We were so impressed with this lovely home. The location was far and above the best we have seen in 25 + years of renting in Pocasset. The home is right above the ocean, the tide comes right up to the rocks that you can see in the pictures, and a staircase right next to the house leads down to a spectacular private beach. The house itself is spacious and comfortable, with spectacular views from every window, porch, and door. The secluded beachfront home made our vacation more than a getaway; it was an authentic old fashioned Cape Cod experience, far removed from the hustle and bustle of real life. Even the three day Nor'easter was fun! You really never have to leave the area to have a wonderful time, but don’t forget the Chart Room at the Marina and the myriad of restaurants in nearby Falmouth.
