Walk in the front door and the living room boasts an oversized sliding glass door overlooking the beautiful Tahanto river, fireplace/ built in book shelves.A private ocean view backyard is fenced. There is a queen, full, twin and a pullout sofa that allow sleeping for 6. An adorable 4-season porch is all glass with the ocean only feet away! The family oriented neighborhood has a playground and drivers are allowed only 5mph. There is a great deck with gas grille, great for relaxing, and enjoying the beauty and the boats sailing by! Walk or swim to private beach and docks from back yard. Bring cell phone as land line is 911 service only. Bring own sheets and towels and sunscreen!
