Central AC, a new chef's kitchen opens to the comfortable living room and dining area so everyone can hang out together. If you're not looking at the view and watching the boats sail by you can cozy up and watch the 75'' TV. Direct access to the oversized deck and large yard for lawn games.

The primary bedroom with a king bed and private walk-in shower bathroom also leads out to the deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee. There are two additional bedrooms with queen beds and a full bath. After a day in the sun, you can rinse off in the new enclosed outdoor shower and relax around the fire pit and gaze at the stars.

Walk to Barlows landing public beach and boat ramp. Just a short drive to Kingman Marina, Parkers Boatyard, The Chart Room, or Lobster trap for dinner!
