Kitchenette has all stainless appliances + NEW refrigerator/freezer + dishwasher + induction burner + toaster + microwave + Air Fryer + Nespresso/Drip/ coffee makers + Washer/Dryer.

The yard has lovey gardens and a trampoline. Located about 200 ft. from the beach. All shower hair products, towels, linens, beach chairs/towels Easy-Up shade tent, rolling cooler, wagon, beach games/toys are included. 2 Paddle Boards (must sign waiver to use). High chair/porta crib/child's infant chair are available. And yes...we have plenty of T.P.

There are tennis courts, a playground and ball field within a 5 min walk. Grocery stores (Shaw & Market Basket), Dunkin' Donuts, local restaurants, liquor store, bank, CVS, and post office all located 3 miles from the house. There is also a local organic farm 5 miles from the house. It's 20 mins to Plimoth Plantation, Plymouth town center, ferry to Provincetown, and whale watching boats. 1 mile from the Cape Cod Canal bike path, 10 mins to Sandwich Center, 35 minutes to Falmouth and the Martha's Vineyard Ferry. 30 minutes to downtown Hyannis and the ferry to Nantucket. 60 mins to Provincetown. 60 miles to Boston. Logan Airport bus service is available 1 mile from the property. If you want a private car pick-up to/from the airport we can arrange that too.
RATES:

****All holiday weekends are a minimum 3-night stay.
****We do not accept 2-night reservations in July and August. (unless we have a short notice opening)

May 1- June 24 $300-400.00/night (2-nights) $275-375 (3/nights) $250-350/night (4+ nights)

June 24th—Sept. 5th $550 night (4 night minimum) Includes Continental Breakfast

Sept 5th- October 15th** $400.00/night (2-nights) $375 (3/nights) $350/night (4+ nights)

The guest house comes with all linens, towels, soaps, hair products, TP, paper towels, stocked kitchen pantry, napkins, garbage bags, beach chairs/towels/toys etc.

CLEANING FEE: $150.00/stay
*****It takes 5 hours to thoroughly clean the Guest House + all the other stuff people touch + laundry. PLUS we clean the hot tub!!!! Please do not complain about the cleaning fee.

HOT TUB FEE: $10/day. YES—we check the hot tub water chemistry every day! And...NO–we do not skimp on keeping the hot tub at the right temperature. ***The hot tub is exceptionally clean! Please respect the work I do to maintain the hot tub water in pristine condition.

FIREWOOD is $10/bunch. Please be honest about the firewood you use. I don't make any money by supplying you wood.
