Just a short walk to a beautiful private beach and a short drive to many private beaches with soft sand and surf that will make you never want to leave!

Our home is a 4 bedroom, has 4.5 baths, and is an upside down style home with bedrooms on the first floor and the main open living area on upper level with stunning views!

Large tiled entryway has a staircase to the upper level to the right, and to the left are the 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (all bathrooms have been renovated). There is also a staircase at the end of this hallway leading to the upstairs.

The first bedroom has a king bed and a slider to its own private deck and its own bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen bed, the third bedroom has two twins and the master has a fireplace with a queen bed and sliders out to a huge patio and its own beautiful renovated bathroom.

Upstairs is a large open concept kitchen, dining area with gas stove, living room with fireplace, dining room with decks on both sides, and a family room with wet bar with sliders to large deck with amazing views of the ocean and sunsets!!!!!!

We have a ping pong table, beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, cooler and more! Just pack your bags and get ready for an amazing vacation on Nantucket!

Governor Baker signed into a law a bill regulating and taxing short-term rentals. As of January, 1, 2019 a 5.7 % tax will be imposed on all Nantucket Vacation Homes with leases less than 31 days which begin on or after July 1, 2019. Nantucket has an additional tax of 6% local tax and a 2.75% tax to address environmental issues. Therefore, tenants are responsible for 14.40% tax on rentals less than 31 days. read more show less

    My name is Linda and I have been a homeowner on Nantucket for over 20 years and sharing my homes with families from around the world and I look forward to having you as my guest.

    What is special about this property?
    Just Breathe Nantucket is a pretty spectacular estate located on 2.5 private acres with ocean views, huge yard with 40' pool with hot tub. My home is upside down in that the bedrooms are on the first level and the open concept living area - living room, family room, kitchen & dining room is all on the second floor with 3 decks and an ocean view.

    What is special about your town?
    Tom Nevers - Situated between Surfside and 'Sconset, Tom Nevers has more secluded neighborhoods with large open spaces, pristine beaches and gorgeous family homes on larger parcels of land. It is believed that around 1725 Tom Never was a Native American boy born on Nantucket who was later hired to be in charge of a whale lookout station on this side of the island.
