This private beach is accessed by a long boardwalk. The area is surrounded by a small creek and the Hyannis Harbor. It is a quiet beach with calm waters and perfect for small children and families and for watching the boats traveling to and from the harbor. Parking is for residents only.

Colonial acres is a great little town beach. It's got a small parking lot so only those few people or people staying in the neighborhood get to go there. It's never really overwhelmed. Right on the bay so it's super shallow and really warm. We've been going to this neighborhood for 9 years now and can't wait to go back!
