Construction/renovation was completed in 2008. All three homes are situated on 3/4 acre lot with a large yard that is equipped with a volleyball net, horse shoe pits, a patio with grilling area and fire pit for the colder evenings.
These cottages are walking distance to Cooks Brook Beach and the Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path. Also close by is the Hemingway landing where you can dig your own shellfish, or drop a small boat and striper fish in Town Cove. Other close amenities are great restaurants, mini golf, shopping, flea market, go carts, walking trails and charter boats. Be the first to enjoy this Cape Cod experience in style!
"This rental was magnificent, it was absolutely spotless, all brand new flooring and appliances, all the requirements of home were supplied for us from dishes to pots and pans. The decor was Cape Cod all the way! The huge yard was great for activities and cookouts (grill provided also). Could not ask for more! We will return!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
