You are in a quiet family-oriented neighborhood close to Dowses Beach and the village. This house sits in a beautiful setting on a corner lot with a private tranquil back yard, an enclosed outdoor shower, and an area for relaxing and grilling.
Inside is a bright dining area with windows on 3 walls, which leads to a well-equipped kitchen. The living room is comfortable with a fireplace and a door to the front yard, and an extra pullout bed if needed. The 3 bedrooms have queen size beds, and an aerobed is available for extra sleeping arrangements as needed. There are 2 full baths, one off the master bedroom. The back bedroom has a separate entrance to the back yard. Beach pass is included and allows access to park at private residential Barnstable beaches.
