Come relax and enjoy our newly renovated home. Tucked away on a quite residential road. One mile walk or drive to Dowses Beach. Beach pass to all Barnstable beaches included. Walking distance (200 yrds) to fresh water Joshua's Pond. Our home is located within walking distance of Osterville's quaint ''downtown'' area. Our home features 3 bedrooms, queen size, two doubles, full size bed and bunk beds, sleeps eight. Fully equipped spacious eat-in kitchen, den, large three seasons greatroom, One full bath, one half bath plus an outside shower. All new appliances, dishwasher, coffeemaker, linens, washer& dryer, cable TV, and stereo. Large professionally landscaped lawn. Gas or charcoal grill, your choice. Miles from Hyannis Center for access to restaurants, shopping and ferries. We are looking forward to your visit to Cape Cod and know you'll enjoy our special spot as much as we do and will treat it with care.
