This is a beautiful home, as listed in the July 2007 issue of Cape Cod Magazine for one of the top ten places to stay on the Cape. It is has a deep water dock and a small hard bottom inflatable dinghy may be provided. Access to beaches with dinghy. Option to bring your own boat with easy access to Nantucket Sound. This is a 3 bedroom with an optional 4th bedroom (upstairs sitting room can be turned into a full bedroom) Each bedroom has its own full bath with two additional 1/2 baths.
It is in the safe, quiet gated community of Oyster Harbors, 1 mile from Osterville center. Easy access to many great restaurants and shops in town. A perfect place to enjoy your summer vacation, relaxing on the deck, looking at one of the most amazing views. We live here year round and it feels as if we are always on vacation.

The house was finished in July 2005, and has all great new amenities and appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped and boasts granite counter tops and a viking stove. The house has a completely open floor plan, with the kitchen and great room being the majority of the first floor. The master bedroom is also on the 1st floor, along with an office/small den. There are two bedrooms upstairs with sitting room in between (or optional 4th bedroom). There is dining outside with a screened in porch, and also a nice farmer's porch running the length of the house on the water side. Bright, airy, fun, and happy. A wonderful place to spend a vacation. |
