It is just a towel walk from scenic Joshua's Pond Beach, 1/2 of a mile from Osterville's quaint but upscale Main Street featuring great shops, resturants and seafood, 9/10 of a mile from Massachusetts Adudubon's Skunknett River Wildlife Sanctuary, 1 1/2 miles from Dowses Beach and 15 minutes from Barnstable Harbor and Hyannis Whalewatcher Cruises, the Mid-Cape's only Whale Watch, the Cape Cod Mall, Downtown Hyannis, supermarkets and movie theaters. Two bedrooms have cedar closets and sliding glass doors to downstairs patio and pond view. Both the living room, with fireplace and beautifully equipped kitchen have sliding glass doors to a 15x38 foot deck over looking the pond.
