Set atop a hill overlooking Menemsha, Quitsa, and Squibnocket Ponds and the Atlantic Ocean beyond, rests this stunning home. A masterful combination of up-island elegance, fine craftsmanship, and expert design sets this house apart. The soothing sound of a waterfall greets you as you approach the Koi-filled pond and the house. Take in the scents of the beautifully designed gardens. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the fantastic outdoor shower with amazing ocean views and take a dip in the brand new swimming pool.
The pool house is equipped with a kitchen, living area, lounge and bathroom. Lounge on the teak furniture on the large thyme-filled granite patio.

Aquinnah is one of the Island's most prestigious locations, a slightly more remote incarnation of neighboring Chilmark. It has long been the choice of summer residents who cherish the breathtaking majesty of the Vineyard's natural environment. Aquinnah is renowned for its clay cliffs and miles of unspoiled beaches. Only minutes from the property is Philbin Beach which was recently voted one of the world's top 10 beaches by the Travel Channel. This home is in perfect harmony with its natural surroundings, while at the same time sophisticated and extremely comfortable.
We had the best week ever, seriously!! Your house and the location are just gorgeous and we couldn't have lucked out more with the weather. It was truly a special week for all of us and we really enjoyed being on that part of the island. Your house is laid out so beautifully with so many places to retreat and we really enjoyed hanging by the pool and the roof deck was my personal favorite!! It is an idyllic spot! Thank you so much for sharing it with us.
