The bedrooms were designed with privacy in mind. One at each end of the house and the other on the top floor, and there are 2.5 bathrooms and a private outside shower. The open floor plan includes cathedral ceilings, a fireplace and a dining area to accommodate 10 people. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances. Enjoy the large mahogany roof deck for star gazing, a mahongany front porch to watch the boats go by, or the screened-in porch to have dinner in the evenings and watch the twinkling lights of the Cape.

he bike ...ferry over to Menemsha Harbor and get an ice cream (continued below)or shop in the boutiques. Just a short walk up to the famous Aquinnah Cliffs and Lighthouse. Included is our beach pass to Lobsterville Beach (best fishing around), Menemsha Pond (great swimming and boating) and Philbin Beach (great surf under the cliffs.) A mooring is also available. Enjoy kayaking on the pond with our 2 seat kayaks availabe for a special rate of $200.00 to our tenants for the entire week delivered to the pond for your convienence.
I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for allowing us to rent your beautiful home. It was exactly what we needed. Our family had a wonderful vacation last month. The boys really liked Menemsha pond! All of the beaches were wonderful, and it was nice doing something a little different everyday.We truly enjoyed our rest and relaxation!
