This waterfront house has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and direct access to Barlow's Landing and the harbor. It is a family friendly location with wonderful views and breezes.

Enjoy beautiful water views and sunsets across the harbor from the deck, living room, primary bedroom, kitchen and lawn. Make new memories having coffee/breakfast on the front deck.

There is over 1/2 acre of open yard for family games with plenty of room for your boat and trailer. Boat ramp is 2 minutes away and you can walk along the sand to the pier and the town beach- about a 3 minute walk.

Launch your kayaks from the front yard. This is a great spot for children to ride bikes, play and catch minnows and crabs in the marsh by the end of the driveway or out front and at the beach. The street is a quiet dead end one by the harbor and the area is a favorite for walkers. It is a family neighborhood.

The primary bedroom has a queen bed and full bathroom and plenty of room for cribs. 2 bedrooms have twin beds. All bedrooms have room air conditioners. There is a futon couch for 2 in the family room. The living room has a fireplace and sliding glass door to the deck which has a round umbrella table with chairs for outdoor living. The kitchen/ family room table easily seats 8-10. An extra long table stored in the garage can be set up for an outside dinner gathering. There is bar area in the front hall with a counter, glassware and a small refrigerator. Everything is on the first floor.

There is a small playground a short walk away near the post office, next to public tennis courts and a ball field. Pocasset Country Market is nearby in same area as the post office.

The Cape Baseball League team, the Bourne Braves, home field is near the Bourne rotary- about a 10 minute drive.

Falmouth, Mashpee Commons and Sandwich are nearby for movies and shopping. There are many small dining spots with bars nearby. A list of places will be left to guide guests.
