Loved this home. It’s very quaint. We loved the atmosphere and how well priced it was for a rental. Lynn is great to work with and made sure I was ready to have fun on my vacation. I definitely recommend this home for other families.

We have been renting this house for about 10 years. The owners provide a complete list of instructions and emergency contacts in case of a problem. They also provide maps, brochures and recommendations for events and restaurants. Homeowners are very pleasant and helpful.

The house has always been clean and is well equipped. There is a large lawn surrounding the house, and it has a nice deck with outdoor furniture.

Nice house centrally located on the south shore of West Tisbury. I have rented this house for several years now and appreciate the attentive owners keeping the property in good shape. The bedrooms and kitchen are small but very well equipped. House has a large deck and yard with great privacy. Will certainly rent this house again.

We have stayed in this Vineyard rental for the past three summers and we love it! The house is clean and well equipped, and the rooms are spacious. There is a beautiful, private backyard with a great deck and outdoor shower. The location is convenient to all of the towns on the island and is close to the bike path. We highly recommend this rental and look forward to our next Vineyard vacation next summer!

My family & I had a great vacation on MV. The home we stayed at was very clean and family friendly. It was stocked with all the "at home" needs from the kitchen for cooking, washer/dryer and beach chairs. The yard is perfect -- enough room to enjoy the kids playing while sitting on the deck. Outdoor shower was a bonus and felt like indoors. The location is perfect -- quiet and just a short distance to all the towns. The owners were wonderful to work with -- very helpful and provided a great information packet for vacationers. I would highly recommend this house for rental. show more show less

We have rented this home for the past 4 years in a row and have been consistently happy with it from the start. We have 9 people in our party, and everyone is very comfortable with space for all of us! The home has a small but very well stocked kitchen. Anything you could dream of needing, its there. There is also a lovely porch on which to enjoy your coffee every morning. The attached shed has all you need for the beach as well. Chairs and toys a plenty. 2 full bathrooms and the outdoor shower is great after the beach also. The yard is big and has nice soft grass to play on. There is also a laundry room for getting those beach towels clean. They have a well stocked game chest for when the rain keeps you off the beach. The home is centrally located and close to the bike paths and Long Pond reserve. We enjoy our time on the Vineyard and this home makes it possible for our family to return year after year! show more show less
