Description

Our home is ready for you to use to create your Nantucket memories. This upside-down house features the main house as well as a garage with separate studio that contains 3 full size beds. You will have access to both buildings.

The first floor of the main house includes a full recently renovated bathroom, laundry, two bedrooms, and a den with a pull-out couch. The second floor includes a third bedroom, full bathroom (also recently renovated), living room, dining room and kitchen, as well as a large deck with grill and table for dining.

The studio above the garage can sleep six and includes a full bathroom and small kitchenette. The main house has an elevator which can be accessed upon request. Outside, there is ample room for parking, an outdoor shower, and a nice lawn for yard games or pets to roam (Yes, we are pet friendly). You will also have access to association tennis courts. Pets are welcome. We have a large dog and he loves the property.

One of the nicest things about Tom Nevers is that you are away from the traffic of going through downtown every time you need to run for something. You have the ability to navigate around the island and access to beaches, shopping, groceries, etc. without having to sit in a traffic jam.

My wife and I have recently purchased this property and are excited to use it for parts of the summer as well as rent it out to others that can enjoy the great island of Nantucket. Some of the pictures do not show recent updates we have made to the property. The kitchen has been remodeled and is now white with beautiful stone tile on the floors. Both bathrooms in the main house have been completely renovated. The entire interior house has been repainted and all the trim on the doors is now white and not brown.

What is special about this property?
The property is nestled in the quiet neighborhood of Tom Nevers. Sitting about 5 miles from the rotary in mid-island, you will have the ability to have your own space and entertain as you'd like. The property is an acre and a half, so there is plenty of room in the yard for games and activities. There is a grill on the deck located on the second floor with views of the lighthouse and across Nantucket. We are pet friendly (we have a lab who loves the area).
