The house is ideal for either one large or two different families as it actually offers two separate living rooms, two enclosed porches overlooking the water, and even two full kitchens! Located high on a bluff just 5-7 minutes from the beautiful, private, Manomet Beach, the views from both of the enclosed porches are terrific. Enjoy a cup of coffee as the sun rises over the horizon, or view beach and water activity throughout the day with views all the way to P-Town.
The spacious, comfortable, first-floor living room is graced by a huge fieldstone fireplace for cool, romantic evenings. Central air conditioner. All furnishings, including the kitchenware, furniture and electronics, are brand new, (see Further Description below)

We had a fabulous time here!! The house was a nice place to stay when we weren't at the beach. The view is gorgeous and beach is so relaxing. Low tide is such a fun time to go out and collect sea stars. The only thing we would change about our stay is if we could stay longer! hope everyone has a nice stay and hopefully we'll be visiting again.

I'm writing this from the upstairs sunroom-most beautiful rive layed out before me. the ocean is like glass and there's nice green. This was wonderful experience for me and my family in large part because of the considerate nature of our hosts. The guides were great, the menus thay've collected helped plan days, and they remembers to stock all the things we left behind! Thank you!
Here are tips for future renters:
1) white horse beach is great too!
2) Bring a bag to the beach for wonderful stones!
3) Salem is a very do-able day trip 3N-1N-1AN about hour and half away.
4) The lobsters pound on manomet Point ? is the place for seafood fresh.
5) We love lobster Hut in town center.
6) The tai place on 3A is very good!
