This home sit on top of a hill with Ocean Views.

The Beach house is colorful, comfortable and relaxing. With 2 large decks (front and back of the house) there is plenty of private relaxing outdoor space. The backyard has a fenced in area perfect for your pups. The backyard has a Private Sun area, Stone fire pit with screen, Large outdoor shower and grass area. The Front deck includes a dining area with plenty of seating, BBQ gas grill, large awning for shade and ocean-views.

All within 5 mins walk of beautiful sandy beach White Horse Beach.

Ease by the Seas has built in AC on the first floor and Master Bedroom, all bedrooms have window AC units (this is in addition to the built in's) so all can be comfortable at night.

You are only 3/10 of mile away from the beach but far enough to have peace and privacy (very rare in this small beach community)

The Beach house sits at the highest point in the area, and most rooms have views of the ocean.
You enter from the large porch with retractable awning, gas grill, dining and sunning areas.

Additional availability info: This is a Saturday to Saturday vacation rental.

Long-Term Rental (1 month or more): Winter Rental - If Rented for 6 months or more $3800.00 plus utilities ( heat and electricity ) internet provided. If Renting for 3-5 months $4000 plus utilities. I do have some flexibility with start and end dates. Must be at least 3 Months at a time. Available from September 2023 - May 2024. No more then 6 full time renters. You dog (well behaved and complete potty trained) is welcome with permission. Great fenced-in yard for kids or pets. Comfortable, Clean and Cute Beach Home!

    Have a wonderful family vacation

    This is my second year renting with my husband and 3 kids. The house is so cute and we love that is only is a 5 min walk to a wonderful sandy beach. There are actually 5 bedrooms but we didn't use them all. We will be back next year!

    I have be living and loving life at White Horse Beach for many years and I can't think of any place I would rather be. As a local artist my Beach House is full of original artwork, Bright Colors and comfortable areas to relax. From sea paintings on the wall to the hand painted furniture make this a one of a kind Home.

    I have updated all of the room in the home so the Beach House has all the modern amenities included central AC in the Common Areas and Master Bedroom. All Bedroom have window AC units in addition to the Centeral AC so everyone will me comfortable.


    What is special about this property?
    Ease By the Seas is located at the top of a hill overlook the beach area. Views are beautiful and we get a nice sea breeze. The property has privacy which is unheard of in the beach area. We love our pups here! well behaved , full house trained pups are welcome at the house and on leash at the beach.




    What is special about your town?
    White Horse Beach is a small Village( within Plymouth,MA) with everything you could need within 1 mile but still has that old cape cod village feel. Beach Causal Dress Code around here!
    Venture into Downtown Plymouth where you will find restaurants of all kinds ( even ones a real foodie can enjoy ). In the summer you will hear music and bands playing downtown until late until the evening. The waterfront area of downtown has all the tourist attractions including the Mayflower II.
