Our 2-story townhome is located in the Fairway Green section of White Cliffs Country Club (WCCC), the exclusive private gated Atlantic oceanfront residential community along Cape Cod Bay in Cedarville Village of Plymouth Massachusetts.

WCCC is perched atop one of the highest bluffs overlooking Cape Cod Bay providing expansive views from Plymouth to Provincetown at the tip of Cape Cod. It is conveniently located 1 mile from RT3 on State Road (RT3A), only 3 miles north of the Sagamore Bridge at the Cape Cod Canal, 12 miles south of historic Plymouth Rock, and 50 miles south of Boston.

The professionally landscaped residential community offers the enjoyment of a very special resort lifestyle. Amenities include the Gary Player-designed 18-hole golf course, 4 Har-Tru tennis courts, and a private sandy beach on Cape Cod Bay accessed via a tram from the clifftop, an indoor heated mineral water pool with hot tub, fitness center, and steam room. The club's master chef and food staff accommodate casual or fine dining in the club dining room and adjacent patio as well as service to the pool's lounge or beach. Activities include organized golf, tennis, bridge, cribbage, and mahjong as well as featured activities and events. Residents enjoy walking on smoothly paved sidewalks through our gated community by beautifully landscaped grounds with our ocean lookout a favorite destination.

You will have full use of all country club amenities, activities, and events. WCCC bills the tenant directly for food and beverage, golf cart rental, or other fees incurred by the tenant during the tenancy. Tenant pays WCCC a $250 membership transfer fee and a $91 monthly food minimum charge.

Our townhome is ideally suited for someone who wishes to enjoy an Atlantic Oceanfront resort lifestyle with full country club amenities and also wishes to be located in proximity to historic Plymouth, Cape Cod, and Boston Massachusetts. Our townhome is suited for work-from-home use with a second-story loft office area equipped with high-speed broadband and Wi-Fi internet access.

Located in the Fairway Green section of WCCC our townhome has extensive views of the 14th and 15th fairways. It is a patio-style unit with a large patio abuts the 14th fairway. It has an East to West orientation; the front of the home faces eastward and the rear of the home with a private patio faces westward. We enjoy easterly onshore breezes from the Atlantic Ocean and enjoy westerly sunset views over the two fairways and beyond. We enjoy time relaxing or dining on our private patio at times viewing golfers or oceanside parasailers.

Our townhome is equipped with three solar-powered roof skylight windows, each of which can be partially or fully opened or closed by remote control, and each is equipped with a rain sensor that automatically closes an open window when rain is detected. Refreshing ocean air enters through the open skylight windows.

Two of the roof skylight windows are in the rear of the building over the cathedral ceiling above the living room. The third roof skylight is in the front of the building over the cathedral ceiling above the entrance hall. The entrance hall and first-floor living room are open to the very high cathedral ceiling above the second-story loft office area. With the building's East to West orientation and the configuration of our townhome, sunlight streams through the roof skylight windows from dawn to dusk creating a naturally bright interior within the living room and the loft office workspace.

FIOS service includes unlimited calling within USA telephone service, voice control More FIOS 2.0 television service, and high-speed broadband Internet access via Whole-Home wireless connectivity.

Our townhome is an interior unit of a 4-unit building within the Fairway Green section of WCCC. Its configuration has 2 stories, a sunken living room, an attached single-car garage&parking space, a private patio accessed from the living room or from the dining room, and a utility/storage room. An entrance hall, living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room are located on the first floor. A loft office area, master bedroom with ensuite full bath, guest bedroom, and office/guest full bath are located on the second floor.

A first-floor hallway runs from the entrance hall to the living room and kitchen. A half bathroom is accessed by the entrance hall on the first floor. A split stairway leads from the entrance hall to the second-floor hallway. A loft office area spans the second floor, except for the open-to-ceiling areas above the entrance hall and above the living room. A very high cathedral ceiling spans above the entrance hall, split staircase, loft office area, and living room. The second-floor master bedroom (with a queen-size bed), guest bedroom (with 2 twin-size beds), and guest bathroom are accessed from the central loft office area.

The first-floor kitchen is centrally located between the dining room and the laundry room. The kitchen is accessed from the first-floor hallway or dining room. The first-floor laundry room is accessed from the kitchen. The single-car attached garage is accessed from the laundry room. The unit's exterior mechanical/storage room is located near the front entrance.

The functional kitchen has more than ample storage with a large pantry, custom wood cabinets with a peninsula, Kohler cast iron double sink with cutting board and basket inserts. The kitchen is well equipped with granite countertops, under-cabinet lighting, a smooth-top 5 burner range, a convection/microwave oven, a large side-by-side refrigerator with filtered water, in-the-door water, and ice dispensers, dishwasher, disposer, and small appliances including a coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, toaster.

Floors of the dining room, kitchen, laundry room, entrance hall, and bathroom are tiled. Floors of the hallways, living room, split staircase, loft office area, and bedrooms are carpeted.

    A good time chilling!

    We lucked out to find this wonderful condo! Very spacious and bright. Lovely views from living room and patio of the green belt. It was well equipped for cooking up a feast. Even better was the restaurant with great upscale menu and drinks overlooking ocean and golf course. We lucked out with the weather and after a walk on the beach we enjoyed a swim in the indoor/outdoor pool. Definitely looking forward to a return trip! Thanks Kathleen for your attention to detail

    We are native New Englanders, growing up in Greater Boston MA. We've lived in southern NH and presently reside in Rhode Island. Starting in 1982, we acquired coastal homes in Massachusetts and Florida that we have made available for short-term furnished rentals.

    We do not consider any of our properties as ''a rental'' but as ''our home''. We consider tenants as our guests and appreciate it when tenants respectfully treat our home as ''their home away from home''.

    We do not list our homes on any rental website that blocks communication between owners and inquirers prior to collecting their booking/service fee from the renter. We enjoy direct communication with tenants and believe it is essential for each party's expectations.

    We personally manage our rentals and communicate directly with tenants, not through a property manager. Prior to a rental, we ensure that our home is properly prepared to our standards. We remain available to promptly provide information or resolve a problem if one arises.

    We're complemented by returning tenants and receipt of many excellent reviews.
