Come stay at our cozy cottage. Just step off the farmer's porch into the sand and take a short walk on the boardwalk to beautiful private White Horse Beach. The cottage sleeps 6 adults & two small children.

All new kitchen, new bathroom with full tile shower, plenty of dining space inside and out. The first bedroom has a queen size bed with a memory foam mattress, the 2nd bedroom has a full bed and a set of built-in bunk beds. New queen size sleep sofa with memory foam in the living room. All new appliances and on-demand hot water for plenty of showers both inside and out. Large back yard with privacy fencing and solar rope lighting. Parking on street, first come first served..

White Horse Beach is a wonderful family beach with sand bars at low tide, beautiful sunrises and sunsets within walking distance to the Lobster pound ( local fish market ) Gellar's ice cream ( 1 mile away ) Manomet village offers Clements Market, coffee shops as well as restaurants and sub/ pizza shops all within a few minutes drive.
10 minutes to the cape cod canal for day trips to the cape and the islands, 15 minutes to Plymouth Harbor to search out Our American history during a self guided walking tour with many shops, restaurants and pubs, harbor cruises and more.

    Ellie's Wish is a Hidden Gem

    I'm almost reluctant to post a review, because my wish would be to keep this wonder on private White Horse beach a secret. Les and Eileen were extremely accommodating (so much so, that they helped us unload!) and their cottage had everything you could possibly need.

    Inside the cottage, they had everything from linens and towels, to every possible kitchen gadget, to beach toys, chairs and boogie boards. Although we had a couple rainy days during our stay, there were smart tv's in the living room and both bedrooms to keep the kids (and us) from going stir crazy. We could even enjoy being outside during the rain, with their covered outdoor porch, equipped with comfy rocking chairs.

    The fenced in "backyard" had plenty of table space and chairs to accommodate more than 10 people. The solar strip lights along the fence made sitting outside at night even more quaint and relaxing while listening to the waves of The Atlantic. The surrounding sandy areas made for a great place to keep the kids occupied and play when we weren't on the beach (though you'll want to spend ALL your time on this beach).

    The neighbors were all welcoming and quite friendly. You can tell that this is a close-knit, family oriented community. You can be confident and feel comfortable with leaving your beach belongings in place when you head up for lunch.

    The closest thing to a fault (though not within their control), would be the parking situation. During the summer months, you can't park around the cottages, because there are kids playing everywhere in the sand. There is plenty of on street parking on the main strip and along the side streets. We were lucky enough to find spots closer to the cottage's path almost every day. With that being said, Les and Eileen procured a parking spot just a short walk away from the cottage. Once you unload, you won't want to get back in your car, anyway!
