Quiet three bedroom Cape located on a dead-end street in the quaint town of Osterville. Large field with playground and swimming pond within a short walking distance. The house is only 20 years old with mostly all new amenities, including an attached garage. Close to town center and both public and private beaches (Beach Pass for ALL Barnstable beaches Included). First floor includes a master bedroom with queen bed and full bath and second bedroom with 2 twin beds. Second full bathroom is also located on the first floor along with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room which has a brand new sleeper sofa. The second floor consists of a "kids" room with two sets of bunk beds that sleep 4, TV/VCR, game table and computer with wireless internet access.

    We have owned and rented out our vacation/rental house for nearly 20 years. We live in southwest Connecticut but make a trip up to personally handle most every rental turnover during the summer.

    What is special about this property?
    Situated on a deadend street across the street from a school with playground and field. Short walk to Joshua's Pond, a lifeguarded swimming pond.

    What is special about your town?
    Quiet, very quaint and friendly.
