A large living room with sliders to the deck, a formal dining room, and well appointed kitchen with island provide plenty of room to spread out. The master bedroom with en suite has access to an upper level deck. Enjoy your morning coffee, afternoon cocktails or lunch/dinner on the generously sized deck or in the light and bright sunroom, both overlooking the serene pond. All linens, a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, gas grill, and beach pass are provided.

Beautiful Dowses Beach with white sand and ocean views is less than 2 miles away. This is a restful summer retreat in a quiet neighborhood of well-established homes.
