This is wonderfully maintained and renovated vacation home. The hosts made us feel so welcomed and right at home. We love the quiet and nice location to town beaches (with beach pass). On rainy days our group had so much fun at the ping pong table, playing board games and watching programs. The beautiful hardwood flooring was so nice and clean, also we love the sun room!
It was one of the best cape cod vacations we had.

We stayed here with three generations during our son's wedding weekend. The house and yard are beautiful, and the short walk to the pond is easy. We loved the ping-pong table in the basement! The kitchen is well-stocked for making meals. There were plenty of beds and baths for our group of eight. There's a full bathroom upstairs, a half-bath on the main level, and a full bathroom in the basement where there's a recreation area. The owners were very responsive and friendly. We highly recommend this lovely house!

We had a wonderful time staying at the property. The house is beautiful. It is updated and very spacious. The kitchen provides plenty of room for both cooking and dining. The downstairs is a great space that even has a ping pong table. The beds are very large and comfortable. Highly recommend staying here!

My stay here was great! Easy check in/check out. This is a perfect space for entertaining, and I had a great time. Everything was so clean and organized. Whether during the summer or the off months, I will definitely be back.

I recently stayed in this beautiful property and it was perfect for our family.
The property was spotless on arrival, and had everything we needed for our trip. The rooms are large and the beds are so comfortable. The family style kitchen was perfect for preparing meals, with the breakfast bar being the perfect place to plan our daily excursions over coffee.
We based ourselves in Osterville and it was the perfect base for travelling to other towns like Chatham, Hyannis, and Dennis, as well as trips to the beach and local ponds. We visited Chatham for their Octoberfest which was a lovely treat.
The information folder was super convenient, and the recommendations for places to eat were spot on.
I would highly recommend for family visits & vacations.

I rented this for a few days for a girls' weekend in the fall. I have visited the Cape before but never Osterville. This home is immaculate, modern yet with incredible charm. It backs up to beautiful wooded grounds leading to the incredible Joshua Pond. Osterville is so quaint, filled with restaurants and shopping and so many beaches to choose from. We hope to return and enjoy swimming in the pond which looked perfect for families and small children. This rental included all linens and towels making the visit so much more relaxing. Loved it.

Immaculate house well suited to multi-generational vacation. The downstairs recreational room was perfect for the grandchildren, while the adults could enjoy the well appointed living room. This home is beautiful, completely renovated and sparkling clean. It is located in a very quiet residential neighborhood within walking distance to the village of Osterville, which meant that we could walk to dinner or ice cream on the days we planned to eat in town. The kids enjoyed the ping pong table and the extra space to hang out in the basement. We appreciated having linens and towels provided—saved me a lot of time with packing and laundry. The pond and the ocean beaches are very close by. We drove to the pond rather than walking with our belongings, but parking in both locations is easy with the pass provided by the owners (though make sure to show up at Dowses beach early because the lot fills up). The owners were very responsive any questions or issues we had during our stay.

We loved our stay here—walked to Joshua Pond each day (clear beautiful water and views!), biked to the beach, and walked down to Main St for dinner each night. The house is set up perfectly and very brand new. And the beds were very comfortable! We loved ping pong in the basement and easy laundry. Will definitely rent again.

Spent a long weekend at this beautiful home. The house was clean and the beds very comfortable. Everything was new & updated. The kitchen was well stocked with the essential appliances. The back 3 season porch feels like you are in your own private tree house. Love the proximity to everything. It's a 5 min walk to the lake or a 5 min drive to the residential beach (a great place to watch the sunsets). Hyannis & Falmouth are only 20 min away. Tricia was a wonderful host making sure I had everything I needed. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic time during our stay in Osterville!

The house is very spacious, clean and well-decorated. I loved being able to walk almost everywhere, we hardly used a car. Both Joshua Pond and Osterville Main Street with cafes, ice cream, and shopping are a short enjoyable walk away. The place felt private and secluded, yet safe and secure.

We both had to work from home, and were impressed with strong wifi and ample workspace including a desk!

Would definitely recommend a stay in quaint Osterville in this welcoming house!

I only stayed for a long weekend but wish I could have spent a week! The home is located on a swimming pond, and a short walking distance to the beach and the adorable Osterville Center. Everything in the home is new, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The spacious, open kitchen was the perfect place for my large family to gather! And there is so much space throughout the rest of the home, we never felt crowded. I definitely will be back!
