Great family home near Joshua Pond in Osterville, pet friendly, central A/C, free wifi. Great sunroom and large backyard for lawn games during the day and fire pit at night.  Walk to the pond for a dip in the water or visit one of the nearby ocean side beaches for a day away from it all!

Situated in a nice, family-friendly neighborhood, Afterdune Delight is sure to become a guest favorite.

This pet-friendly home has just finished a major refresh.  Some of the photos will be updated soon. Carpet throughout the home while the sunroom and kitchen are getting new wood laminate flooring in June.

You enter into the beautiful sunroom bursting with natural light. he custom back deck is accessible from the sunroom with grill and outdoor furniture for outside dining.  The wall of glass sliders welcomes you into the sunroom with lots of seating options - two rocking chairs, a couch and a table with seating for four. 

The open concept living areas work beautifully for large groups. The dining room is to the left with a wood table and 6 chairs - there is a leaf available and more folding chairs in the basement for family dinners.  There's a buffet and side table to help with large meals.

The living room is straight across and has a couch, love seat and chair - perfect to relax after a full meal. A flat-screen TV above the fireplace can show the latest movies or an afternoon baseball game.

The kitchen is in the middle of the home - galley-style kitchen in whites and blues makes the room light and bright while taking advantage of the fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and dishwasher.

The main level has sleeping for four:
Bedroom #1- queen bed and closet
Bedroom #2 - two twin beds. There is an additional flat-screen TV in the closet that can be used for gaming, too!
Bathroom #1 - a full bathroom with tub/shower combo

The upper level also has sleeping for four:
Bedroom #3 - two twin beds and a desk for any summer reading lists that need to be completed before school starts. Ceiling fan for those nights when an open window is all you need to be cool and comfortable.
Bedroom #4 - king bed, two twin beds pushed together with a wedge, ceiling fan, small desk for remote working
Bathroom #2 - full bathroom with shower only

Basement level houses the washer/dryer facilities.

The backyard is level and grassy - a perfect area for Fido and the young ones to play lawn games.  The outdoor shower is Cape Cod tradition for a cool rinse after a day at the beach.  Beach chairs, beach umbrella and other items for guest use.  After a summer picnic cooked on the gas grill on the deck, spend the night until the stars come out around the fire pit with Adirondack chairs.

Guest Welcome Starter Bag Included:  A large reusable tote with: 2 rolls of toilet paper, tissues, hand soap, sponge, 2 trash bags, dish soap, dishwashing detergent, a roll of paper towels, laundry detergent and hand sanitizer (subject to change based on guest needs and marketplace availability). 

This home has Keyless Entry for your convenience.
No Smoking of anything containing tobacco, any other substance, and e-cigarettes, inside or outside of the home.
Pet Friendly homes are for a dog only.  This home allows 1 dog.  With owner approval, a second dog may be considered for an additional $200 fee.  A Pet Registration form must be completed upon reservation confirmation.  

Max parking of cars at property: 3 - No parking on lawn anytime.
Fireplaces are only available for use in the winter months with advance approval from owner.

Additional Information to Assist You:
Departure cleaning is included with your reservation at no additional charge. State and local taxes are charged if applicable.  

For Reservations made over 60 days away-you can make 2 payments-50% deposit with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. 

A confirmed reservation is non-refundable--please consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. Travel insurance optional.

0.3 Miles to Joshua Pond - a five-minute walk!! A great set of shallows for small kids to play in. Fish are abundant, and can be caught with a little work. All in all, a good place to cool off after a hot day.
