There is a washer and dryer and a large deck off the kitchen. Enjoy a meal in the dining room with a table for 6 and a large island that seats 4 more.

    I am a 60 year old professional , have rented seasonal properties for several years and live within 5 minutes of the property being rented so I am able to address any problems or issues immediately .

    What is special about this property?
    The house is very private on the end of a cul-de-sac with a short walk (7 minutes) to Craigville Beach.

    What is special about your town?
    Centerville/Barnstable has its own center, close to Four Seas ice cream, great beaches, close to dining and shopping in downtown Hyannis.
