Our Osterville Oasis provides the perfect setting for your next Cape Cod getaway. The home features 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, and is located on a quiet residential street, just minutes to Osterville Village, Dowses Beach, Joshua's Pond, Craigville Beach and downtown Hyannis.

The first floor offers an open floor plan with a newly renovated kitchen, dining area and living area, with a Smart TV above the fireplace and views of the back patio and yard through the oversized sliding glass door. 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom complete the first floor.

Head upstairs where you will find another full bathroom and 2 oversized sunny bedrooms. One is set up with bunk beds and 2 twin beds, with childrens books and toys. The other bedroom features 2 queen beds and an oversized accent chair and ottoman to cozy up with a good book!

After a hot day at the beach, enjoy the cool stone patio featuring a gas grill and fire pit in a grassy, flat and private backyard. A horseshoe driveway allows for plenty of parking. The garage houses bikes for all ages, coolers and beach chairs for your use.

Head to Osterville Village, Americana at its finest, with delicious restaurants, sandwich shops, bakeries, galleries and boutiques galore - just a mile away. Check out the Osterville Mercantile for one-stop shopping, Amie Bakery for a coffee and pastry, or Fancy's Market, founded in 1839 for picnic sandwiches or a prepared on the way home. A few minutes further is Dowses Beach, private to Osterville residents. Long Beach and Craigsville Beach in Centerville are also a short ride away. If you prefer a freshwater pond, Joshua's Pond is a short bike ride away. Jump in the car for 15-minute drive to Mashpee Commons, an ourdoor plaza and shopping center with a movie theater, or head to neighboring Hyannis, Cotuit, Sandwich and Falmouth with countless restaurants, shopping, beaches and Cape Cod Baseball! Ferries to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard minutes away in Hyannis!

    Ideal house for getting our group of three couples and three small children together. We enjoyed the spacious common area and fully equipped patio for grilling and hanging out by the natural gas firepit! The location was perfect with easy access to anything you want at the Cape - golf courses, beach, restaurants, etc. Michelle was also very responsive to any questions we had which kept our stay stress free and comfortable! Would definitely seek this out again!
