The beautiful ranch is located in a quiet area of Osterville Massachusetts. It has all the amenities you would need.

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths and an open floor plan with plenty of space. The Master bedroom has a Queen bed with an ensuite bath. The other bedroom has 3 twins with a bunk and a pull-out trundle. The 3rd bedroom has a trundle that can be used as 2 twins or a King. It has a large backyard and a deck as well as a generator in case the power goes out. It is easily accessible to the beach, shops and restaurants in downtown Hyannis.

Walk or Bike to downtown Osterville to enjoy the quaint shops and tasty restaurants including Wimpy's and Crisp Pizza is also a great way to spend the day. Even better, take a trip to Dowses Beach which is only three miles away.

This home is a great place to spend your summer vacation on Cape Cod.
