Description

Centrally-located and well-maintained Osterville home with a large private yard, three full bedrooms, and upper-and-lower living spaces. Only minutes from downtown Osterville, Barnstable beaches, and Hyannis Harbor. Rental includes Beach Parking Pass for all Barnstable beaches.

The main floor is open with a spacious living area and eat-in kitchen. The large upstairs master has a king bed, and a second bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a full bath (with shower and tub).

Downstairs is a fully-finished basement with separate bedroom (full size bed), full bathroom, laundry area, and a second large living room with a sleeper sofa. The basement is being fully remodeled in time for spring of 2024. Pictures coming soon!

The kitchen opens to a large backyard with mature vegetation and plenty of room to play corn hole, ball, or just relax. A patio, gas grill, and outdoor shower complete this beautiful outside oasis!
