The upstairs has two bedrooms and a full bath; 1st bedroom on the water includes a king bed with private balcony and walk-in closet; 2nd bedroom with two twin beds enjoys a panoramic view of the water. Lower level bedroom with private entrance and view of the dock includes a queen bed and full bathroom. The property includes access to Nantucket Sound and Sampsons Island. There is an elevated terrace with a fire pit surrounded by stone walls with 180-degree water/sunset views. Kayaks, and a Canoe are available for tenant use upon request. **Pool available 10AM - 5PM from June to Sept. Private office space optional for use Mon-Fri 10 AM - 5PM.
