This lovely home sits on a private 5-acre estate in Katama, 1 ½ miles to popular South Beach. The home features an open floor plan with cathedral ceilings. The living room has a fireplace and a bay window that looks out to the large deck and yard and granite fireplace. 2-person Jacuzzi. The kitchen is fully applianced, and there is even an herb garden for your use. Enjoy your meals outdoors on the deck or in the dining room, which now has a larger table than shown in the picture. The master bedroom (much larger than shown) has a 2-person, side-by-side Jacuzzi tub with shower, tiled floor, and skylight. It has sliders to a deck with a distant view of South Beach. The downstairs bath has a tile floor and a shower.
This is an ideal summer home for children and pets (families only please). The yard is spacious, and there is a brand new large cobblestone grill.
