There is a spacious dining room with a piano, fireplaced living room and study, first-floor master bedroom with cable TV and private full bath. Also, there is a half bath on the first floor and an outdoor shower. The second floor has 5 bedrooms--two of which have water views--and 1 1/2 baths.
Access (with permit)to Lucy Vincent and Squibnocket beaches; plus two, private-association beaches: Quansoo & Gay Head; and landlord's private beach on Vineyard Sound near the house.
