This light and airy deck house is a great retreat for family and friends. With all new furnishings and a brand-new mahogany deck and outside shower, everything is fresh and clean.
Set high up on a secluded, partially wooded lot off rustic Tea Lane, there's plenty of room for kids to play inside and out. Enjoy beautiful summer evenings on the wrap-around deck. Floor-to-ceiling windows on the open-floor-plan main level with cathedral ceiling make being indoors almost like being outside.
One bedroom on the main level has king bed and private bath, 3 more bedrooms (one with a King bed and two with doubles) and another bath on the lower level (with washer and dryer), and a playroom with slider to the yard. The playroom has two futon couches that open to full beds for extra guests.
A 5-minute walk to 200-acre Land Bank property, Waskosim's Rock Reservation. Includes access to Chilmark's Lucy Vincent Beach and Squibnocket.
