This Cottage was absolutely beautiful. This was second year in a row that we rented from Lou and Cathy. This was cottage is absolutely perfect, it is comfly, perfect for small family. well furnished and has all the amenities you need from a stocked kitchen for a full dinner or grilling outside in the spacious yard with picnic tabel.
most exciting was a less the 3 minute walk to the beach (right across the street!) and 10 minute drive to Hyannis Port for shooping and resturants.
We did not think it could be more perfect until we came back this year and it was fully renovated!! The updates are spectaular, you really get the beach cottage feel with the new flooring and colors.

The owners Lou and Catthy are the most down to earth people you will meet and are available if you need anything.

Beautiful updated vacation spot right across from the beach! Spotless, stocked and comfortable. Large yard, outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Quiet neighborhood even though it is right off the main beach road. The owners, Lou and Cathy, were next door and so lovely and warm. It was a wonderful vacation.

I can't say enough good things about Cathy, Lou, and their cottage. We have been staying there for a few years and can't wait to go back next year. I highly recommend this property for your next vacation. It's been remodeled and looks great, it has a big yard, off street parking, (which most places don't have in the neighborhood) it's a quiet neighborhood and so close to the beach. We love the private beach, there's always plenty of room so you don't have to go to any of the crowded town or public beaches and pay for parking. The swimming is always great. There are very few rocks and stones and the water is always very warm. Centerville is a great location, it's very close to Hyannis and Osterville, trips to the outer Cape aren't that far either. If you can find a week, take it! Cathy and Lou are fantastic people and always available. show more show less

My husband and I have been renting this delightful cottage for over five years. It is a bright, clean, two bedroom duplex, with a grassy yard, picnic table, and an outdoor shower, (a required amenity for us). We walk across the street to swim and relax on a sandy beach with a bathhouse and lifeguards. With cable, we can watch our Red Sox play. A nicely equipped kitchen and charcoal grill let's us to eat in, and the location close to Hyannis and Oterville means we can eat at various restaurants without lots of traffic. The location also allows cooling sea breezes for comfortable sleeping. We have stayed in houses of all sizes, in many locations on the Cape, but this is where we choose to come, and will continue.
