Located less than a mile from Osterville Village, the house is within walking distance to Joshua''s pond (.05 miles) and a short drive to Dowses Beach (2 miles).

This charming vacation home is located in a quiet neighborhood with very little traffic making it a perfect private sanctuary.

This Cape home has all the amenities you could need to enjoy your cape vacation this season. There is a full sized outdoor shower along with a changing area to clean up after a long day at the beach. The house has a fully stocked laundry room with beach towels for 10 along with beach chairs an umbrella and a beach buggy to transport anything to the beach. We will also provide a beach pass access for you to enjoy during your stay

The quintessential New England kitchen comes stocked with your daily cooking essentials in order to prep family meals (a set of 12 for plates, cups and utensils, wine glasses, bottle openers, pots, pans, baking ware, coffee machine, toaster, smoothie machine, grilling utensils as well as serving plates)<br /> There is also a deck off the kitchen with a Weber gas grill ready for steaks and burgers.<br /> <br /> The vast deck off the kitchen holds an outdoor dinning table to seat 8, a Weber gas grill, a seating area to enjoy your morning coffee as well as a propane fire pit to enjoy a cozy evening where the kids could enjoy making S’mores.<br /> <br /> The bedrooms are warmly decorated and come stocked with new premium mattresses and extra linens. There is 1 king bed located on the main level with an ensuite bathroom. A Second bedroom holds a queen bed, a third bedroom with 2 full size beds and a 4th connecting room with 2 twin beds.
