An ideal Chilmark cottage for two couples or a small family. This is a two bedroom, one bath Cape with an alternate sleeping loft. The cottage is situated on two quiet, secluded acres in the up-island town of Chilmark on the scenic Island of Martha's Vineyard. The interior is bright with a cathedral ceiling and three sky lights, and there is a new, large, sunny deck, and both inside and outside showers. The kitchen is fully equipped and has modern appliances. There is a queen-sized bed in the master bedroom, and two twin-sized beds in the second bedroom. Wi-Fi (wireless) high-speed connection to the Internet is provided. Landline phone offers unlimited local and long-distance calling.

This property qualifies guests to acquire passes to Town of Chilmark's Lucy Vincent and Squibnocket beaches. The cottage location is very private and ideal for relaxing, exploring the Island, and savoring the Island pastimes of swimming, fishing, boating, canoeing/kayaking, hiking, biking, dining out, and enjoying summer cultural activities.
