Sit on the deck among the treetops and view the Vineyard Sound and Elizabeth Islands from the North Shore of Martha's Vineyard. Take sunset walks along bluffs of private beach with spectacular ocean view to Gay Head Light House. Spend the day undisturbed on a private beach.

Spring Point, 4 bedroom contemporary, open floor plan, cathedral ceilings, skylight, view of the ocean from main living area, screened porch, outdoor shower, laundry room, 2 baths, and loft. Fully equipped kitchen. Stereo with CD player, satellite color T.V., gas grill. Renting this Chilmark property entitles you to purchase beach passes to two of the islands most spectacular beaches - Lucy Vincent (where you can enjoy surf, sand, clay cliffs) and Squibnockett (where you might just see the seals). Mile-long Private Association Beach is an 8 minute walk from the house through groomed trails in the woods, or dirt road. Use of association tennis courts. We do not provide linens.
