Our home is located 1.7 mi from South Beach, Katama and the village of Edgartown. We are on the bike/walk path to both. Its convenient location to both South Beach and Edgartown makes it easily accessible by foot or by bike. Surrounded by pines, the house is a welcome retreat from your beach or town activities.

There are 2 bedrooms on both the first and second floor each with 2 twin beds, as well as a full loft with a queen bed. Each floor has a full bathroom and an adjacent living area. Sliders in each living area open to full size decks. The first floor deck provides a shaded area for gathering and eating on the picnic table. On the second floor there is a sun deck for those who would like to sunbathe.

The first floor offers a full kitchen, dining and sitting area. The farmhouse dining table with 4 chairs and a bench comfortably seats 6 people.

The second floor features a great room, wet bar and cathedral ceiling with track lighting. Three adjacent sliders open conveniently onto the sundeck.
