Big screened porch equipped for lounging and dining. Outdoor enclosed shower, WiFi and cable. Very cozy and comfortable. Window boxes and geraniums provide the finishing touch. Ferry tickets available for first five renters.

    Quiet, handy spot for Edgartown/South Beach/Access to Up Island roads

    We've rented this home for three years in a row after almost thirty years in another home nearby. With three good sized bedrooms, there's plenty of room for family and a fairly new white cabinet /black stone with island kitchen renovation makes meal time easy. It has a great screened porch off the kitchen and two decks, one on each end of the house for coffee/cocktails, depending on time of day.

    The owner installed an AC/Ht split unit downstairs and another in the master bedroom. Both much appreciated on muggy or damp days. The local caretaker/property mgr is prompt, responsive, and helpful. Owner is easy to deal with. Looking forward to getting back next year! show more show less
