Less than 5 miles from the center of town, the property is a 3 bedroom uniquely-designed guest house, which was added later and provides the space needed for a large family or visiting guests. Most of the living/entertaining space is on the second floor. Vaulted ceilings and lots of windows allow for plenty of natural light inside.

The kitchen has granite countertops, updated appliances, and counter stools. Farmhouse style table with seating for eight provides the main dining space. The living room area has a gas fireplace, cozy furniture and two large sets of sliding glass doors which open to the second story deck. Adjacent to the open concept kitchen and living room, is a charming sun room with a slate floor and many windows. Down the corridor are two king bedrooms.

The master suite has a sitting room/den with a large king bedroom and sliding doors to a private deck and a wonderful dark wood-stained bathroom with open shower and soaking tub.
